《經濟地質學》由經濟地質學家協會(SEG)出版，每半年出版一期。1905年，經濟地質學出版公司(PUBCO)首次出版了《經濟地質學》雜志，這是一家為出版經濟地質學期刊而成立的非盈利公司。

ECONOMIC GEOLOGY is published semi-quarterly by the Society of Economic Geologists, Inc. (SEG). The journal was first published in 1905 by the Economic Geology Publishing Company (PUBCO), a not-for-profit company established for the purpose of publishing a periodical devoted to economic geology.
