《克羅恩與結(jié)腸炎雜志》關(guān)注與炎癥性腸病相關(guān)的臨床、基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)和創(chuàng)新方法知識的傳播。該雜志出版原創(chuàng)文章、評論文章、社論、主要文章、觀點、案例報告、創(chuàng)新方法和致編輯的信函。該雜志偶爾發(fā)表同行評議的補充問題，包括每年舉行的幼兒保育和教育年度會議的摘要。在2007年至2010年期間，補充期刊發(fā)表在一份單獨的補充期刊上，該期刊正式命名為《克羅恩和結(jié)腸炎補充期刊》。

Journal of Crohn''''s and Colitis is concerned with the dissemination of knowledge on clinical, basic science and innovative methods related to inflammatory bowel diseases. The journal publishes original articles, review papers, editorials, leading articles, viewpoints, case reports, innovative methods and letters to the editor. The Journal publishes occasional peer-reviewed supplement issues, including abstracts of the ECCO annual conference each year. Between 2007 and 2010, supplement issues were published in a separate Supplements Journal officially entitled Journal of Crohn''''s and Colitis Supplements.
