《神經計算與應用》是一本國際期刊，發表了神經計算和相關技術（如遺傳算法、模糊邏輯和神經模糊系統）實際應用領域的原始研究和其他信息。與建筑實用系統相關的所有項目均在其范圍內，包括但不限于：自適應計算算法應用神經網絡理論應用統計學體系結構人工智能基準點創新應用案例模糊邏輯遺傳算法硬件實現混合智能系統智能代理智能控制系統智能診斷智能預測機器學習神經網絡神經模糊系統模式識別性能指標自學系統軟件仿真有監督和無監督的學習方法系統工程與集成特色文章分為幾類：原創文章、評論文章、書評和公告。原始文章將是高質量的貢獻，代表新的和重要的研究、開發或應用的實際用途和價值。他們將由至少兩名裁判員進行評審。對于提交后與論文相關的所有疑問，請通過編輯經理的“聯系我們”與期刊編輯部聯系。
