電力元件和系統出版了與電機和驅動、電力電子變換器、機電設備、電氣設備、可再生和可持續電能應用以及電力系統等廣泛領域有關的具有永久參考價值的原始理論和應用論文。具體主題包括：電機電機驅動的固態控制電力電子變換器能量轉換器中的電磁場可再生能源發電機和系統電力系統規劃輸配電電力系統保護調度與調度穩定性、可靠性和安全性可再生能源整合智能電網和微電網技術所有提交的手稿都要經過編輯的初步評估，如果認為適合進一步考慮，還要經過獨立的匿名專家評審。所有同行評審都是單盲的，通過學術手稿在線提交。
