該雜志是捷克和斯洛伐克共和國兩個基本神經(jīng)科學(xué)學(xué)科——神經(jīng)病學(xué)和神經(jīng)外科的重要信息來源。該雜志發(fā)表了神經(jīng)病學(xué)和神經(jīng)外科的全部論文。接受臨床和基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)論文。雜志上發(fā)表的信息涵蓋了兩個學(xué)科的整個領(lǐng)域，從評論文章到病例報告，從專注于神經(jīng)生理學(xué)、理療和神經(jīng)放射學(xué)的臨床工作到涉及電生理學(xué)、生物化學(xué)、藥理學(xué)、遺傳學(xué)和分子生物學(xué)的工作。

The journal is an essential source of information on the two basic neuroscientific disciplines in the Czech and Slovak Republic - neurology and neurosurgery. The journal publishes original papers from the whole range of neurology and neurosurgery. Both clinical and basic scientific papers are accepted. The information published in the journal covers the whole area of both disciplines from the review articles to case-reports, from clinical works focused on neurophysiology, physiotherapy, and neuroradiology to work concerned with electrophysiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, genetics and molecular biology.
