中文簡介

《機械設計雜志》（JMD）以設計綜合為重點，為廣大設計界提供設計活動各個方面的學術、檔案研究。傳統上，JMD服務于ASME設計工程部及其技術委員會，但它歡迎所有設計領域的貢獻，重點是綜合。JMD主要以相當深入的研究文章的形式傳達原創貢獻，同時也傳達技術簡報、設計創新論文、書評和社論。

The Journal of Mechanical Design (JMD) serves the broad design community as the venue for scholarly, archival research in all aspects of the design activity with emphasis on design synthesis. JMD has traditionally served the ASME Design Engineering Division and its technical committees, but it welcomes contributions from all areas of design with emphasis on synthesis. JMD communicates original contributions, primarily in the form of research articles of considerable depth, but also technical briefs, design innovation papers, book reviews, and editorials.
