為促進測量科學、方法、功能和應用，需要編寫論文，探討開發(fā)和使用電氣和電子設備及設備以測量、監(jiān)測和/或記錄物理現(xiàn)象的創(chuàng)新解決辦法。這些文件的范圍可包括：(1)測量的理論、方法和實踐；(2)用于產生、獲取、調節(jié)和處理信號的儀器和測量系統(tǒng)及部件的設計、開發(fā)和評估；（3）分析、表示、展示和保存從一套測量中獲得的信息；（4）為制定和維持儀器和測量領域的技術標準提供科學技術支持。

Papers are sought that address innovative solutions to the development and use of electrical and electronic instruments and equipment to measure, monitor and/or record physical phenomena for the purpose of advancing measurement science, methods, functionality and applications. The scope of these papers may encompass: (1) theory, methodology, and practice of measurement; (2) design, development and evaluation of instrumentation and measurement systems and components used in generating, acquiring, conditioning and processing signals; (3) analysis, representation, display, and preservation of the information obtained from a set of measurements; and (4) scientific and technical support to establishment and maintenance of technical standards in the field of Instrumentation and Measurement.
