日本電子與通信學會（ECJ）每年出版12次日本電氣工程師學會（IEEJ）的論文，作為日本電氣工程師學會（IEEJ）的官方期刊。ECJ的目標是在高度多樣化和復雜的電氣和電子工程領域以及相關學科提供世界級的研究，重點是電子電路、控制和通信。歐洲法院關注以下領域：-電子理論和電路，-控制理論，-通信，-密碼學，-生物醫學領域，-監測，-機器人學，-傳感器和執行器，-微型機械，-圖像分析和信號分析，-新材料。有關電力科學、技術和應用的工作，請參閱《日本電氣工程姐妹期刊》（EEJ）。

Electronics and Communications in Japan (ECJ) publishes papers translated from the Transactions of the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan 12 times per year as an official journal of the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan (IEEJ). ECJ aims to provide world-class researches in highly diverse and sophisticated areas of Electrical and Electronic Engineering as well as in related disciplines with emphasis on electronic circuits, controls and communications. ECJ focuses on the following fields:- Electronic theory and circuits,- Control theory,- Communications,- Cryptography,- Biomedical fields,- Surveillance,- Robotics,- Sensors and actuators,- Micromachines,- Image analysis and signal analysis,- New materials.For works related to the science, technology, and applications of electric power, please refer to the sister journal Electrical Engineering in Japan (EEJ).
