《食品科學與技術雜志》（JFST）是印度食品科學家和技術專家協會（AFSTI）的官方出版物。本月刊發(fā)表同行評審的研究論文和評論，涉及食品和食品的科學、技術、包裝和工程的各個分支。重點介紹了有潛力提高產品質量、延長鮮加工食品貨架期、提高加工效率的基礎性和應用性研究成果。歡迎對食品處理和加工的新觀點、創(chuàng)新和新興技術和趨勢以及食品和食品工業(yè)副產品的未來研究進行評論。該雜志還出版了與食品科學、技術和工程各方面相關的書評。

The Journal of Food Science and Technology (JFST) is the official publication of the Association of Food Scientists and Technologists of India (AFSTI). This monthly publishes peer-reviewed research papers and reviews in all branches of science, technology, packaging and engineering of foods and food products. Special emphasis is given to fundamental and applied research findings that have potential for enhancing product quality, extend shelf life of fresh and processed food products and improve process efficiency. Critical reviews on new perspectives in food handling and processing, innovative and emerging technologies and trends and future research in food products and food industry byproducts are also welcome. The journal also publishes book reviews relevant to all aspects of food science, technology and engineering.
