國際食品科學(xué)與技術(shù)雜志（IJFST）是為食品科學(xué)與技術(shù)研究所（IFST）出版的。這本權(quán)威而知名的雜志發(fā)表了廣泛的主題，從食品相關(guān)的各種科學(xué)的純研究到旨在改進(jìn)技術(shù)過程的實(shí)際實(shí)驗(yàn)。課程包括從原材料成分到消費(fèi)者接受，從物理特性到食品工程實(shí)踐，從質(zhì)量保證和安全到儲存、分銷、營銷和使用。該雜志的主要目的是為描述原始研究結(jié)果的論文提供一個論壇，同時也歡迎評論文章。

The International Journal of Food Science & Technology (IJFST) is published for the Institute of Food Science and Technology, the IFST. This authoritative and well-established journal publishes in a wide range of subjects, ranging from pure research in the various sciences associated with food to practical experiments designed to improve technical processes. Subjects covered range from raw material composition to consumer acceptance, from physical properties to food engineering practices, and from quality assurance and safety to storage, distribution, marketing and use. While the main aim of the Journal is to provide a forum for papers describing the results of original research, review articles are also welcomed.
